Only a maritime pinewood separates the hotel from the beach and mitigates its summer climate with its shadow and its balsamic fragrance of pine. The pinewood is joined with the rest of the seafront of Porto Sant’elpidio, recently renovated, with a wide bike path, green areas and children’s games.
